Cancellations: Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

• Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your order please message us with any concerns and we will be happy to discuss it with you. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and we will do what we can to make it so.Items must be sent back in original condition. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Shop items back within: 15 days of delivery. 
• Custom order requests: Please contact me if you have questions. I am always happy to take custom orders for hand dyed yarn or custom knit orders.
• Privacy Policy: Customer's private information will never be shared to the public. Individual addresses and phone numbers will only be used for shipping purposes. 
• Hand Dyed Yarn Facts: Ethical and Sustainable. All of the yarn is hand dyed in small batches. It is all ethically sourced from all over the world, and is muesling free.  Each skein is hand dyed using acid dyes, citric acid and heat. Once the colors are set, the yarn is cooled and washed using Eucalan wool wash. Keep in mind, no two skeins will be exactly alike, as is the nature of hand dyed yarn.
